Burks & Associates executive recruiting, goHIRE University is an innovative program that uniquely readies underrepresented minority college students for success in the workplace. It focuses on preparation, presentation, refinement of soft skills, and professional development while ultimately easing the transition to Corporate America.
Designed with a delivery system that young adults find interesting and entertaining, it’s composed of a number of engaging workshops, custom curricula, town halls, networking events and a host of support from program alum.
Since our inception, goHIRE University has been influencing conversations within higher education and corporations. Ultimately confirming that opportunity barriers relating to, race, workforce diversity and economic mobility, can be overcome.
