T. Burks & Associates is looking for an enthusiastic Content & Social Media Intern to support our dynamic collegiate professional development program called goHIRE University.   The ideal intern will be a social media savvy wordsmith who is passionate about culture, diversity, and millennial professional development. Whether it’s crafting a great IG post, contacting a competition winner, or reaching out to student groups via the gram, you’ll enjoy helping us bring the goHIRE student voice to life.

 

 

 

This will be a PAID REMOTE part-time 3-6 month internship that will require 10 hours p/week.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Compose engaging IG posts and campaigns that align with the brand

  • Develop content calendar on a weekly basis for company brand marketing

  • Assist with IG Live ideas

  • Manage and contact social media winners for giveaways

  • Monitor analytics to identify viable campaign ideas

  • Keeping up to date with influencers and various student groups to identify opportunities for goHIRE

 

Your skills/qualifications should include:

  • Current junior or senior with a min GPA of 2.5

  • Comfortable on camera; opportunity to be featured on our social channel

  • Creative thinker with passion, persistence, and TONS of social media and professional development ideas

  • Strong communicator, writing skills, planner AND organizer

  • Good attention to detail

goHIRE University is an informational, hands-on program that uniquely readies graduating women and minority college seniors for success in the workplace.
